Game Description
Explore a fantastical swamp as a cyborg

How does your game tie into the theme?
The grungy atmosphere is meant to reflect the way we perceive monsters in our lives most when our own environment isn't where it should be. As the character cleans up the stormblown trash and the water runs clear, she uncovers the beauty of life hiding beneath, not the monsters she feared.

I think it has a lot of potential. I liked the graphics

I really like the art direction as it reminds me a lot of the early 90's games. Great start and hopefully you will expand on it in the future. I could easily see how clicking on the monster could bring up some dialogue or click on the jar could pick it up as a collectible.

Good start! I included it in my compilation video series for the Godot Wild Jam #56, if you’d like to check it out. :)

Sorry, html5 version doesn't work on my mac :( Maybe you could add a mac build? This looks like a game I'd gladly try out

Sorry to hear that! I’ll have to look into that for next time (or if I get a chance to finish this one).

That's probably a Safari thing. Safari hates Godot 4 games. Most of the web games work ok for me using Firefox on mac.

This is a cool idea! I don't see adventure games much at all any more and it's kind of refreshing. The style you've got going on is really good and gives off a Myst vibe with the otherworldly atmosphere.

Good job participating and I hope you can submit something finished next time!

Agree completely! Definitely brought me bad to this style of game, and we need more of that.
