I really like the twist that you put on that line game. I wonder how you did the AI for the distraction. Must have been tough. Good game, I had tons of fun playing!

Developer

Thank you. :)

I couldn't make the AI exactly how I wanted, but as it appears more and more as time goes on, I think it was enough to increase the difficulty. But basically it moves randomly until it is in a "safe" distance from the player to attack. Then, if you get close, it turns and tries to close the loop.

Brilliant! It works very well.

Gets a bit monotonous after a while, but still surprisingly enjoyable for how simple the core gameplay is. Also, nice interpretation of "Think Inside the Box"! 😁 Zooming into the screen once the game starts was a cool touch as well!

Simple but effective concept, the theme is well respected. It's sometimes frustrating to try to cut a line on one side (to miss) and then also miss the one on the other side x)

But the difficulty is well balanced :)

Good job

Fun game, and smooth zoom out back into the main menu when you finally get distracted from your deep relaxation :)

Loved the idea of escapism for the theme. I loved the pan between the game and the menu. The game play was fun too! Great job. :)

Surprisingly effective premise and game mechanic. Well done. I never imagined the Qix' perspective.
