I dig the art and audio, it was very cohesive!  Two suggestions: separate out his shadow so it stays on the ground when jumping and you can better judge your landing and scrolling the ground/some effect because I assume it's a conveyor belt?  Nice work, keep it up!

really enjoyed the art and sound effects, took me a second to get adjusted to the controls but had fun with it when i did. unique concept and solid entry!

Very fluent animation on the main character. I agree with the previous comment on it feeling a bit like being dunked into the deep end of a pool, it also took me a playthrough or two to get the hang of how it actually worked.

I like the robot's grunt when he gets hurt. It's kinda funny, especially overlaid with the zappy sound effects.

Thank you for playing! I'm glad it was funny haha

That was fun. The initial experience was a bit like being thrown into the deep end of the pool, and I didn't quite understand why I won the first time. Then I played again, and also read the page. The jumping and movement controls felt responsive, so replaying was nice. I would have liked to have seen the theme play a bigger role in the game mechanics.

Congrats on your first submission to GWJ!

Thank you for playing my submission! I agree, if there was more time I would have had cutscenes that explained the backstory / mechanics and Tower Co. Plus, I should've probably made updates to the repair meter more obvious + win screen transition. I'm glad it was still fun!
