  • Love the concept, needs more polish.
  • Very nice. This has a great deal of promise once the minor interaction issues are resolved.

The drums position is for left-handed people. I was unable to play a song with the guitar. Nice windows to the street :)

Of course ambitious to make not one but three instrument for a game jam. I like playing around with all the options. What I am missing is some feedback from the guitar or the keyboard what key/string is pressed. Great job!

This is soo cool! I'm not sure I could make very purposeful music (given the level of control), but I love it anyway :-)

Developer

Thanks, David! Yeah, I would say the experience is lacking to create decent music :) I wish I skipped full hand tracking, I switched that on at the end with less testing. It's nice to have multiple points for hands but it's not quite there and also hurts the controller experience, with an exception for drums. I probably should have stuck with just a regular Poke / 'one finger' option. Think I will add options in there for it later.

It looks like there was an issue where the viewport for instrument UI is displaying keyboard for guitar, only when the app is installed on the headset (Quest 2 here). I'm not sure if it's some bug with viewport in 3d, or I made a last minute change that broke it. Sorry about that! I'll have to look into it and will update when/if we are allowed to.
