Each step you take a tile behind you breaks and cannot be stepped on unless you have a wrench, but taking wrenches is also a consequence since you cannot escape if you have any wrenches.

A balanced puzzle game ๐ฎ๐ง !
GAMEPLAY
This game looked well polished for a game in 10 days. After doing the tutorial, I was able to get started with the game and its many (18) puzzles. There is a good build-up in the puzzles with more and more elements coming into play. Sometimes I had to try a few routes before I saw the solution, but that made the solution all the more fun to find. Had fun playing this game. The smooth controls and responsive game mechanics ensure a seamless and enjoyable player experience. This puzzle game kept me glued to the computer for quite a while to try to pass all the levels. I had fun playing it.
ART STYLE / VISUALS
The solid pixel art style, consistently applied throughout the game, provides a visually cohesive and attractive experience. The inclusion of some animations and visual effects adds an extra touch.
AUDIO / SOUND DESIGN
The selected background track enhances the puzzle-solving ambiance, while the sound effects serve as excellent cues for player actions, such as picking up a key. These audio elements contribute significantly to the immersive experience, guiding and rewarding the player's interactions within the game.

The game does not lean heavily on innovation.

The theme is effectively woven into the gameplay, with the consequences of the player's actions and decisions playing a crucial role. I collected everything in the first level and couldn't leave D: Everything up to that point was pretty awesome tho!
Then you should have done the tutorial or read the description because then you would have known that you need to pick up all keys but to exit you must not have any wrenches
Interesting game idea with both stepping and grabbing wrenches potentially being a consequence for completing the level!
A suggestion I have would be to indicate more that the wrenches repaired the tiles when you go on a broken one, but eventually I was able to figure it out with the game description!
