How does your game fit the theme?
The particle is trying to break physics by going against its nature and phasing through particles instead of colliding with them in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

Also, on very rare occasions, you won't hit a particle you should've (this definitely isn't a bug with the collision system).

Thanks for making the .love file available. It was the easiest way to play for me. Nice to see another dev working wit love (we didn't use it for this submission). 

I liked the game and it gives a nice challenge, but at some point it becomes a bit ridiculous.

GAMEPLAY
This game showcases how a simple concept (of clicking or pressing) can still be fun and challenging when well executed. It's addictive to keep chasing a higher score. The inclusion of a high score feature, accompanied by the satisfying sound of accumulating points, is a nice touch. Controls are straightforward and effective. However, over time it can get a bit confusing where you are and where you'll land, with some luck needed regarding the spawning of other particles and maybe some button smashing, but it was still fun.

ART STYLE / VISUALS
Graphics are simple yet clear and fitting the overall game's style. It’s easy to understand what’s going on, which is crucial for the gameplay. 

AUDIO / SOUND DESIGN
Sound effects match the game's simplistic style. An upbeat background track could be a nice addition for a future version, adding more rhythm to the gameplay and more tension.

THEME
The phase shifting is a nice idea for this theme, check!

All in all, an addictive little game with a neat theme concept. The desire to beat one’s own high score adds a fun, competitive edge. Keep up this good work💪!

I thought you said this wasn't a rhythm game? :P Really good use of sounds. I got 2667 but my run ended partially cause I kept clicking out of the window. Really neat entry though!
