Great concept! Changing the music based on the active board was a nice touch, and thanks for adding controller support (I played with a SNES-style controller).
I did hit a crash at one point, and unfortunately the console didn’t say anything beyond “Uncaught RuntimeError: invalid index into function table”.
I really love the visual effect you used to show which boards were slowed.
I also really liked how the music changed depending on which board you were playing.
Really nice work!
That intro looks amazing, same as all visuals :)
My screen started glitching just as I was playing and for a few seconds I was sure it was coming from the game itself (and was even more impressed!)
Looking at the comments regarding the HTML bugs, have you tried hosting on gotm.io? It works with the Windows .pck file (avoid HTML exporter) and you can still embed it on itch.
I also had problems exporting to HTML with the latest Godot version but using 3.2.3.stable exported fine.
I'm amazed by how polished this game is! Very cool!
It's unfortunate that the web version is so bugged, but I know that feeling.
All in all, it's a good game. It took a while for it to get rolling though, but I assume that's fixable with one of the difficulty settings somewhere.
Thumbsup!
interesting concept! and the tetris mechanics felt very well! but sadly i didn't play too much bc it crashed a lot after clearing lines :(
I tried to figure out why it crashes a lot after clearing lines, because it doesn’t do that on the Godot debugger, but I couldn’t diagnose the issue because the exported HTML game didn’t give me any helpful information.
it's fine, we had problems with the HTML export too, it's very tricky to debug on browser hahahah
then i'll download the windows version
I really love how the sounds for moving sideways interacts with the music :-)
It’s inspired by Tetris Effect!
The idea is interesting but I feel that 3 tasks are easy to make it or maybe I don't play enough. I like graphics and sounds.
Wait till you get to Level 10. It’s positively frantic.
