This was awesome! Combining Minecraft style resource gathering with tower defense is brilliant! Having a separate resource track to build and then staff the towers was a clever way to better control ramp up, but I noticed that when I didn't upscale my towers early enough I got outmoded, and then I couldn't take the enemies so I couldn't raise the gold to staff the towers so I could take the enemies, so I got stuck. I did make it to level 22, but when I couldn't stop the boss at level 20 I knew it was over. Is there a way to delete old towers, move recruits from one to another, or build a better tower over an old one? This is just great, though. And hell, a fully animated tutorial video? Amazing polish!
yes if you were to build a tower in the same spot it deletes the tower and recruit and lowers the cost of a recruit again, thank you for the feedback!
Really good game, the graphics are perfect I like the pixel style you used in-game, and the gameplay is super fun, great job :)) I love tower defense games

Very creative!
I like it a lot, but the problem i see is that the cheapest tower is useless. If i work to build one or two in the first wave they cant kill a fly.
But overall, pretty epic stuff!
This is actually a really good game! I really like the artstyle and idea. The only things I would change are the font and putting the tutorial in a separate menu but all in all, Well Done!

in its current state it is, but i do plan on adding compatibility with other platforms, but for time sake i didn't want to risk the stability.

It's a nice tower defense game, I have a few complaints, but that recruitment price goes up way too fast in my opinion, I wish the recruits had different looks instead of "This is the same guy but he has a different hat!" like how the cover image has unique looking characters. The game gets a bit boring after wave 20 and quite easy to just auto pilot past that point and lastly the player's movement speed is too slow to enjoy

The game is supposed to be fast paced, and once you learn the mechanics and patterns the game gets easier, i will agree this version needs to be a bit more user friendly, thank you for the feedback!

Hey, that was quite good ! I especially liked the chill atmosphere (honorable mention to the announcer at the beginning xD).
However, i don't know if i do something wrong but it feels overwhelming a bit too fast for me. I love tower defense games and usually it's a bit less brutal, but that's only my personal opinion.

Hmmm perhaps just a bit longer waves i would say. The same amount of enemies, but more distributed in time
waves do get to the point where they are long, but further in the game
That's not what i meant. I was suggesting to let more time for the player to familiarize with the gameplay, with slighty longer and weaker waves
really fun tower defense game--i like how the player has to collect resources in order to build towers. i also like the fast gameplay and the added tutorial. i can imagine this game expanding in the future and add more towers, characters, and maps!
I love the voice intro, you can really see there were a lot of hours put into creating this game. Really well polished game experience.
