Great work! Your aesthetic is really nice, and everything (from the fonts to the graphics to the UI) suits the sci-fi genre really well! I also appreciated being able to see unit information pop up on mouseover and how flanked enemy units were highlighted red.

A small thing I noticed: you might consider making your textboxes slightly larger. Some of the tutorial text appears to be cut off, especially the bottom few lines:

I am also a huge fan of tactics games, so I had a good time. If you keep working on this game, I agree with the previous comments suggesting making some enemies target the bomb carrier and/or adding a countdown to when the bomb will explode so that it's harder for people to turtle or keep the bomb carrier all the way in the back. It may be nice to also provide an option for a grid overlay so players can more easily count movement squares/unit ranges.

Thank you for sharing your work! I especially appreciated the sound effects you added (I kept laughing hearing the enemies fight each other), and the victory screen is a nice reward as well! Can't wait to see more from y'all in the future!

This game was fantastic for jam time! It was simple, straightforward, and pretty well balanced I think, and the pixel art portraits were awesome. UI directions were easy to follow as well. Really well done!

I had a lot of fun playing this game! I enjoyed the idea of the bomb runner, it fit the collaboration theme well. However, if I can suggest, adding a turn timer for the bomb runner, make the bomb active, and place a countdown where you have to win before it blows up. It seems like I can just hold him back and win without putting him at risk. The retro art and sounds were well done. Reminded me of an old Nintendo game, where it was about fun, not just graphics, and you definitely succeeded there.

Awesome game! I love tactics games and this one was nice. A bit too easy but it was fun. Maybe you could add more asymmetry to it? Like a more varied cast of units, add abilities, and environmental hazards or just have the enemy try to focus on your bomb carrier since it's a victory condition for them? I guess fog of war could also be interesting to plan an ambush?

This was pretty much my first time making a game like this. I recently did a playthrough of Sid Meier's Pirates where I completely wiped Spain from the map, and I find the land combat in that game really fun. So this game was based a lot on that, where you just have 3 unit types, and the enemy has mostly the same. I was originally going to make it so the AI only goes after troops that its units can see, and make it so you can't see the enemy's troops unless they're visible to one of your units, but I didn't have the time for that. Also I made the difficulty pretty low because the people I asked to playtest kept dying over and over, and didn't know how to win.  The bomb carrier was a neat idea, but I don't think it turned out right. Thanks for your feedback.
