Love this one! I don't know anything about the device you made this, but I have the following comment:

How much music theory and harmony stuff do you know? I had the feeling that "A peaceful farming village" and "Deaths theme" could sound a lot more interesting with a more intentional chord progression and some sort of other harmonic movement than either always staying on the 1 chord or the chromatic descending thing going on in peaceful farming village.

I'm not that well versed and I don't have the best ear yet so I might be completely misinterpreting it, just my initial thoughts on listening.

Some of these songs could be a little longer too I think.

Credits is my favorite!

Heh, would you be able to at least take a picture of your device? One of the reasons for screenshots is to weed out AI submissions - I want to be fair to everyone in requiring the screenshot.

Overall this is pretty neat! It's harder for me to leave constructive feedback here because I'm less aware of the limitations of the tool.

Great work!

Sure, I can take a picture, I understand the concern with all the AI generated content. Thanks for the comment.

Firstly -
A+++++++ for presentation. I have much to learn from you. I am literally going to study your page presentation.

Second-
😝😝  LFG!!!!! i love the Pocket Operators. I am personally a proud owner of the P.O. 33  and some modular synths. There is literally nothing like it. Dawless is the wave of the future!!!!

Lastly for music, i love the limitation of using a pocket operator for this game jam. Keeps all the music soound cohesive. This could absolutely work for a gameboy game or a system that doesnt have too much processing power. The best part about it is that the music is not screaming for attention which means it lends itself well to visuals. The idea of creating work that eliminates the artist and accentuates the game is present here in my opinion. A lot of the music in this jam is almost too unique for practical use or more applicable to television and other industries so in my opinion you really hit the mark in regards to making an ost that is simple, to the point, and only applicable in games.

STAY DAWLESS MY FRIEND!!!!!

I loved the resource you used. Very nice submission. I enjoyed it.

I'm a sucker for those fast echoed arps 😁. Like the tracks, but felt they could've been a bit longer with a second section/part to them.

Good job!

Very vintage sound, indeed!

Making this on the PO-20 was based as hell - the themes are spooky and vintage sounding even with the limited hardware and you even have a bit of a leitmotif going between the death themes and the main theme. Great job and rad hardware!
