Description
The song is divided into 4 main sections:
-Prelude: This first section dives into the scenery of the story representing the calm or emptiness that precedes the wait for a terrible event to come.
-The death knight (0:42-2:17): The death knight descends from the heavens followed by entities (as seen in the reference image). The strings represent the descent. The rhythm and percussion represent the passage of the rider and his army destroying everything in their path. The choirs represent the prophetic divinity of the event. From the imaginative of the game I imagined this section as a horse battle in an open field.
-Desolation (2:17-3:15): This section represents the desolate landscape after the apocalypse. The solo leads were modeled to resemble the anguish and crying. The choirs appear subtly representing the arrival of the angels to the scene.
-Ascension (3:15): Finally, the ascension of souls is represented. The choirs represent a requiem of angels and the accompaniment of souls to paradise.

Type of game: RPG/3D.

Narrative of the imaginary game: A medieval world, devastated by hunger, plague and war, which has been condemned by the gods to its disappearance. To stop the apocalypse the hero embarks on a journey and must obtain all kinds of mystical superpowers to battle with the four horsemen of the apocalypse and give the world a new chance.
Musical genre: Cinematic orchestra.
Others: With the exception of percussion, I used synthesizers to design all sounds.
DAW: FLStudio

Pure, mesmerizing and epic!

Initial thoughts:

Good sense of space. Sounds a lot like the first bit in mine somehow lol.

I think the synth approach is more appropriate than meets the eye; I know Varien used this as the background art for a single, but it has a negative color scheme so it's inverted. Likewise, you're probably going to get more "correlation to theme" from me than you might get from others :P

Multiple synthy artists actually use artwork from Dore; that's part of why I actually selected this image.

I really like it too, especially as someone who likes artists like Varien and Extra Terra.

For constructive feedback, I feel like the synths have a slight closeness together, like it needs more breadth of space. This reminds me that I need to play around with having things have the same reverb, but make it so that more individual sounds have varying degrees of dryness/wetness to fill the near and far space.... how did I not think of that. Lol... Gonna try that out more. I guess this is why leaving feedback teaches you too. Heh.

Futuristic approach, first one I heard going this way so far. Pretty unique take, nice textures used makes everything Epic, dark and gritty. Well done

Interesting, The beginning brings me to an erie abandoned space station but then the introduction of other instrument (which seem to be orchestral) completely  changes the scene to something more uplift like a drone flying over open land and a sunrise. showcase large packs of animals running in what seems to be a utopia (like land before time). I could absolutely see this as a soundtrack for a CG version of LAND BEFORE TIME.

Nevertheless great work pulling me in with the intro and maintaining enough tension to keep me anticipating. whenever i thought i knew where it was going to go, i got pleasantly surprised.

Super cinematic composition. I can imagine playing this game would feel like playing a movie (in a good way!). At times it reminds me of the Mass Effect Soundtrack, which I was a really big fan of growing up. The composition is really well produced and interesting throughout.

Good work. I agree. It sounds very modern, as in the movie trailer!

I loved this! It was really cinematic and professional sounding, lots of things happening but it felt balanced throughout. I really like the orchestral soundscape with the ‘modern’🤷🏽‍♂️ hits and synth sounds. Gave me real ‘metal gear solid 2’ theme song vibes, which is awesome. Nice work! 👍🏽
