Hey Gruntled still sad you missed my Raid haha.
I like the collection of Crystals to power the ship, and the art for the enemy is really nice.
Only thing that I disliked was that the very loud music/sounds, I threw my headphones off at first before turning it down.
This game was fun, and it had good presentation. Like others have said, I think a slower autofire as standard would have been good, with the powerup speeding it up, adding spread, or some other effect. I liked that only close enemies or enemies you hit would shoot at you, because otherwise this would have been a bullet hell.
This was great! The gameplay is super fun and and your music is always great. Also love the enemies and the corruption is an interesting concept!
Nice game, and impressive as always! Especially for a solo game.
I love the enemy pixel art and the effects like camera shake.
I second what Stoff said, frantically clicking the mouse gets tiring pretty quickly considering how many enemies spawn in. Also there was no way to recover health (that I could find), although perhaps adding some warning/indication enemies are about to shoot could offset this, as my poor attempts at dodging felt down to luck XD
Fantastic presentation though!
Fantastic game! Really got hooked in the experience. Had a little feedback which would be to make auto fire default and have powerups affect other things like speed or damage.
