How is your game related to the special object and theme?
Santa Claus uses the candy cane as his main weapon with some christmas themed locations and enemies. The entire movement system is all based on gaining speed to land a good hit

The game definitely has some momentum. At a point I got myself just smash everything. Really enjoyed it :D
I love everything, especially the art style. MY only issue is the moving background, it is a bit disorientating
Also, you should nerf the saws, all I needed to do was walk around and enemies would die. Basically, I was beating the game by just moving around the level. Fun at first, but not as fun when you don't feel threatened by the enemies anymore
I really liked the upgrade system and the combo counter. The movement was a little wonky at times and I wish the candy cane could also be a projectile instead of just a melee weapon. Great main menu and settings menu!

Absolutely amazing game. Everything is polished, it feels fun and satisfying to play, and most of all: the UI is amazing. 10/10, no notes.
EDIT: one note, the background scrolling is a little nauseating. I would appreciate an option to toggle it.
