You did a great job of setting a mood with the story and music. The controls seemed very responsive and easy to figure out. Some of the sound effects were a little loud for wearing headphones. :)

Overall, a nice little platformer.

This was really well done all over. Such a simple story told with fun basic gameplay. Really embedding the "Cursed" theme very well. So here are my critical reviews because honestly this was so well done.

Maybe it was due to time limit, but if the dialog boxes and buttons matched better within the game....i know thats super small. It might have been nice to maybe use the assets to create sprite and objects and use those as buttons instead of drawing a GUI.

Bigger though is not being able to use a Key such as Enter or T to move forward in the dialog. I know you use the mouse, but i think this game could have eliminated mouse controls completely. One of the things you want to think about is, if your game dose not need it, dont use one at all. Because users on a portable device like micro handheld pc to download games or laptop wont  always have access to a mouse, or trackpad.

Also i have no idea if it was intended or not, but one of the levels you can almost bounce out of screen and start talking to someone  that is above the pipes you cant even see. not sure if this was intended, i think it was not because the dialogue box was a bit difficult to read. I think it was level 3 or 4.

Great job dude!

Nice use of the assets to create a weird sad world!

+ Nice use of assets
+ Critters are cute
+ Some nice platforming elements

- You can't go back to talk to NPC's you missed (e.g. Mara)
- It would be nice to complete the dialog box on first click instead of jumping to the next point in the conversation - I can read faster than it appears - I ended up skipping most of the talking and arbitrarily picking an option at the end
- Maybe a bit short?

I LOVE THE STORY!!!

this game is simple, yet engaging enough to made me play it twice for seeing the ending of each route

I was surprised by the music. Great atmosphere! I share the opinions of the comments below

I really liked the ambiance and feel of the game, the music felt very haunting. I would have liked it more if when I clicked through the text it showed the full message instead of skipping to the next message.

The gameplay itself I think needed more work to feel good, the platforming felt very loose. When I hit some things in mid-air I lost control, and there were some jumps that felt like they might have invisible blockers preventing me from making them.

Anyway, great work for 48 hours, definitely felt this nailed the theme!

i like the feeling of the game, the story also nice

The atmosphere was really nice. It reminded me of undertale a bit. There are a few spelling mistakes and the interact key (Spacebar or LMB?) felt like it could be put in a better spot. But overall, I liked the idea of a story game.

Controls feel a little floaty, but I enjoyed the atmosphere and use of assets!

Very nice game, with smooth and responsive controls. I also liked the story a lot, and the dialogue was very well done. The platforming was also a perfect mix of challenging and fun. Amazing work!

Fun game! Interesting story, too! I wish I could skip the slow displaying of the text without skipping the whole text. A bug I noticed was that I can jump infinitely as long as I just touch a surface, even if it's the side or bottom of that surface, but overall, this game was cool!
