Nice idea and it easily fits to the theme. Would be really nice to see this game in an isometric view. Also some animations to dialog boxes, player, trees would be nice. Good job!

Fits the theme well.  Nice to see someone using hexagonal maps.

It'd have been better to let players move by directly clicking on the tiles and some music and sound effects would have been a welcome addition.

Thank you for the feedback! There should have been some music and sound effects in the game (though the SFX were a bit quiet), I just double checked, sorry to hear they didn't come through on your end. I like the idea of moving via tile clicking, definitely going to add that for the next build!

Thank goodness, I made it home!

Would have loved to have been able to just click on the adjacent tiles instead of clicking the buttons on the left, other than that, good work!

This is a great idea, if I come back to this project I'll definitely implement that! Thanks :)

I really like how the game was presented! You could have added a few hazardous elements like hunger, enemies, and whatnot.

An interesting game that fits the theme!

I hope the camper had lots of food stocked up because it took me quite a few rests before I finally found my way back home!  It's cool how you can only see so many tiles at once, but I was a little confused when the world seemed to change every time I'd go to sleep.  Made it feel like it was random finally finding the way home rather than discovering the map and trying to remember where I'd looked already.

It might be cool to incorporate some sort of resource collection to increase the number of steps I can walk or how far I can see so the game feels a bit less random.  Maybe the player needs to hide from wild animals or something as well and has to choose where to set up camp?  Lots of ways you could add to this!

Those are some good ideas, thanks a bunch! The intent was to make it seem like the world was changing around the player, but I like the idea some resource gathering for upgrades. Thanks again :)

Liked the machanics and how player has to go to other tiles to see around him.

I like hexagonal tile games, cool game for 48h jam!

cute and fun little game. Maybe would add some obstacles that you have to remember that are there, and to avoid them. or maybe special tiles. GJ!
