There's a good foundation to a fun little game here. Adding a death mechanic due to the temp going outside of the boundaries of the temperature range would be interesting. Also adding in some sounds to help with identifying when you've hit the target goal (at least for me, I preferred to be watching the top of the screen for more incoming objects). You've got a powerup and the heatwave/blizzard mechanic was a nice level of complexity.
Even it did not fit my screen, i tried to play. Nice gameplay and art. Keep working.
Interesting game that is surprisingly tough. I would maybe decrease falling speed as sometime stuff appears on screen and you don't have the player speed to move into its path. Also the non full screen version cuts off a lot of the screen. I recommend increasing your resolution allocated for the window on Itch's edit game page
Easy to figure out and kept me engaged! Nice work
I love the "Heat Wave!" The graphics are juicy. I didn't read the instructions and it was still easy to figure out how to play, which says a lot for your interface design. Really nice.
