Hi does anyone know where to get liminal images like legally

Because i dont want to download things from google without the creators permission and the free ones on canva are slightly lacking

Any advice is appreachiated!

I can give you a few sources to get some royalty-free liminal images. Quick question, are you using them in your game or just for inspiration?

Here's some links I found:
1. https://unsplash.com/s/photos/liminal-space (Lots of high-quality pictures).
2. https://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=Liminal%20Space&rs=typed (Some on here are royalty-free)
3. https://pixabay.com/images/search/liminal/ (Not much but still enough to get inspiration).

Extra: https://gamejolt.com/c/LiminalSpaces-pscazp (Great for inspiration)

Update: Do you have any experience making video games? Because my team could use some more people. You can find a role that fits your skills. I made you two lists you can pick from.

List 1 (Little to no skills needed, great for if your just getting started. There still very important)

  • Tester/QA Tester
  • Gameplay Video Creator
  • Level Designer
  • Content Creator/Modder
  • Community Manager
  • UI/UX Tester
  • Sound Effects Collector
  • Assistant Game Writer
  • Assistant Game Programmer
  • Junior Game Artist

List 2 (Having a better understanding in Game Development)
  • Game Designer
  • Game Programmer
  • 3D Modeler/Animator
  • Game Writer/Scriptwriter
  • Here's my discord @celestialstudio. Hope hearing back from you sometime soon!

okay so thank you for the resources i was wanting to use them in my game. is that an issue? and what can i do if it is?

also i appreciate your offer but i am just doing this casually and have lots of other things to do so joining a team would probably not be possible.

    I personally recommend Wikimedia Commons.

    thanks

you can also create liminal images in blender! it’s very easy to do and if you render them at a lower quality and as jpegs it’ll look realistic :)

i havent really worked in blender before but i might also try that

Just search under the CC0 license. CC0 means you can use it for all and nobody is the owner of it not even the creator
