that was a very tiny window, but playable :-)
Hrmm it is 64x64 ... I just increased the display size to 512x512 in the WebGL file, so it wouldn't be so hard to play / view. Since people are having issues with it, I'll edit the index.html and resubmit it.
The game it's not bad at all, but just because it's not 64x64, I can't make a true rating, because the game would probably different in some ways. Either way I hope you do something about the rez before the rating time is over.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I remember that the tank was too linear for the resolution to be 64x64. You can indeed put the window size over 64, but the resolution has to be kept <= 64. What's the size of the tank?
Flagrantly and unashamedly violates the 64px rules; the rounded corners on everything and the wheels on the tank in no way conform to the 64px grid :-) I never really got a sense of _why_ my "special attack" misses lots of the time; that's not very special. Fun little game, though; I got quite into the strategy of whether to shield first and attack afterwards, and who to attack. And the graphics would be quite nice, in a jam which didn't have the pixel restrictions. It's worth ignoring the 64px thing, fixing this up to have nicer fonts and so on, and then releasing it, I would say.

Thanks for your feedback. Yeah no attack is guaranteed. I wonder if the special attack should be a sure thing or not and make the cooldown longer. Something to thing about ... Doesn't seem to use 64x64 resolution, but it looks like you meant to from the thumbnails.

Interesting idea I'm sure could be expanded on successfully! It didn't appear to abide by the 64x64 resolution at all though, sadly. A lot of sprites were smoothed, others were big, and the title was far clearer than 64x64 - which is odd, the thumbnail suggests otherwise, but in-game it's really smooth.
