nice sounds and design, but your firerate seems a bit slow, and there is too many enemies. on multiple tries my hiscore is like 100 :)
Pretty cool game, although I did find it a bit tough. Still fun trying to top my high score though. Nice job!

Nice sounds design. Having a few extra lives could help with the difficulty. Maybe you could also think about increasing the fire rate so there's not as much delay between the time you fire and the bullet leaving the ship.
If i vist this kind of idea again, i want to add power-ups to help with that kind of fire rate and other wepons as well, i was going to try to, but as time went on i need to get it to the point of where i could ship and this was the best way to get it set up.
Cool game but pretty challenging I think because of the scale of your ship and how fast enemy bullets move toward you. Would be fun to be able to hold the space bar for continuous fire if it was a bit more frequent - might make it easier to defend against enemy bullets as well. Overall enjoyable experience!
While i was making the game I toyed with the idea of using the hold down space bar to keep shooting idea, but i wanted it to be a bit more hard, so i took that out, to be honest i wish i would have just left it in and let people play how they wanted to.
