Themes
No themes incorporated.

Tools
GameMaker, Ableton, Figma, and Inkscape. GameMaker is an excellent choice for low resolution game making, it allows for very rapid iteration while working with small pixel-crunching numbers. Ableton and Figma are industry standard audio and design tools, and worked well for music and art for the Itch page..

Lessons
Tutorials are the hardest part of game making at this scale!

Cool puzzle game! Tutorials sure a pita :D

This was a pretty fun puzzle game, but I've only managed to solve a couple of them so far.

From the screenshots, I thought it was going to be lights out (and it definitely has some lights out elements with the bombs), but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was something different.

Clever puzzle, and really difficult. I ended up stumped before completing the second row. Really love the background music too.

I understand that you racked your brains over a tutorial and it's a good idea to have included a video on the itchio page...because as much as the concept is cool it's very difficult to grasp. The game is rather difficult I imagine that it corresponds to a category of player who likes to sweat in front of puzzles.

Really like this othello-type strategy game. Level design was also great, increasing in difficulty to help understand the patterns to make. It wasn't clear to me at first that it was OK if some empty blocks were also orange as long as all the green ones were orange, so I think I made life a bit more difficult than it should have been. Been kudos for recording your guitar (+ukulele?) playing, simple music but quite soothing and fitting for a relaxing mood. I really liked the transitions between levels, and the attention to details / polish when performing actions. Great job!

Was quite the challenge! A very creative idea for a puzzle game!
