This is just plain fun. Reminded me a bit of Katamari Damacy feel, with the art style and as the world essentially gets smaller and you're too much for it to handle ^_^
The simple art style works well for this and sound effect design is great. You can really feel the power. The only thing that felt a little lacking was the simplicity of the music, but that's easily overlooked with how well everything else is put together!

Coots Can ClimbReally loved this game! exploring the city and causing chaos as your power grows was a lot of fun. I like the progression of just learning how to meow to blowing up the moon. The visuals are great and the game is well polished as well. Great work!

Super Coots Souls 64Underrated! Of the games I've played so far, this would be my pick for winner.
Actually funny; great escalation; presentation was simple but really effective (the cars leaning when they turn!); just the right length / difficulty. Really great experience. I'm rooting for you!
Some feedback that is usually outside of the scope of jam games but because this is so good I'm going there: the platforming could definitely do with some work. Look into coyote time and jump buffering. It would make it feel much smoother!

Cat Litter Dry GardenThis was a blast, had a smile on my face the entire time I played it! Visuals and creativity are outstanding. Really great variety too, I liked how everything had a unique response to every meow attack and how climactic the ending was. Awesome work!
