I'm not sure what I was expecting after that spider-woman thing, but it was definitely not a suicide bomber rushing straight towards me.

have you played it till teh end? weapons are hidden everywhere keep your eyes open ;)
first house before the spider on the right side is a gun, on the grave directly before the suicide bomber too
shotgun after the first bridge near a small mauoleum
ammo everwhere behind stuff people dont explore anymore nowadays?

I had issues running this game. The game felt like in slow-motion and had a lot of input lag.
propably you system is too slow im sorry, the engine has a bug slowing you down if you touch assets but its nearly impossible to fix im sorry
