This hits the theme right on the head! I would pull "being suave" from diplomacy since that's what calm seems to be doing. Overall though this is really solid!!

Congrats on getting a submission in! I will say from the start that this one was a lot of fun to read. And I had a few thoughts as I made my way through:

  • Your intro had me hooked from the get go! And you followed very closely with great classes with some fun abilities. Strong start!
  • Small thing: mention your ABCD stats a second earlier. Just because that was the only thing that I was confused by with the "Make a Character".
  • Noble sacrifice... WHAT A GOOD MECHANIC! For real, I did stop for a moment and was like "that's really awesome."
  • One thing to watch for, some of your sentences run on. Which I know is the last thing we all were worried about during the 48.
  • Really like the Places which include example encounters and NPCs. Also the Villains and Heroes, I know exactly who they are and how they might affect the narrative. I was glad to see "Aliens" because I want the havoc to feel widespread (more so than 1v1 fight might).

Yeah, this one ticked a lot of boxes for me. One small thing I was wondering is if this would work better as a Godzilla / Kaiju fight where the people were running. But I think as it stands you've done a great job.

This was easy and enjoyable to process, the concept is interesting and it fits the theme nicely. The pregen heroes and villains were fun, and the PC archetypes were perfect for the setting. I especially liked the tourist!

Great game! Realizes the theme extremely well, nice simple simple streamlined gameplay :)

Only things I feel its missing is something like a random event/encounters table for the hazards, and what AnarchyGames said about disadvantage situations. Nice work!

Very fun game! The rules and scenarios are clearly written out and the super fights are fun and chaotic. I only played with 2 players but I will definitely play again with more!

My one suggestion would be to add rules for rolling with Disadvantage, for example when it's dark or when crowds are blocking your exit, or when villains don't listen to diplomacy - to stop players from using only their best trait over and over.

Thanks! I haven't had time to playtest it but if someone had fun with it, it was worthwhile. Maybe I should put in more about the players automatically failing whenever they try anything against Supers - they should be dodging and running away instead.
