Very fun idea and I love the graphics, especially the animations on the cat! I did find the controls a little hard to get used to but I think given the requirements for mouse only there wasn't a lot of wiggle room there. I also enjoyed the music!

Thanks for trying the game out!

Interesting choice to have a cat as a playable character, probably one of the most dextrous animals alive, but then have it decelate super slowly like it’s walking on ice. Controls were a cool concept and I sort of enjoyed it, but in the end, the slow deceleration was a little too frustrating to me, so I gave up after a while. I like the cat animation

Thanks for playing! Its unfortunate that you didn't stick with it but I understand. I agree that it feels very slippery, but I thought it brought a good level of challenge and I designed the level with it in mind. I did think of adding a reason why its slippery like for example it being a rainy day, but I was more focused on getting the game done.

Sorry if I came off a bit harsh earlier. I think part of the reason I gave up relatively quickly was that this was the third rage-esque game I had played in a row and my frustration tolerance was already a bit low. Level design seemed pretty decent from what I could tell and I generally enjoyed the platforming all in all (though I still prefer crisp controls).

Pretty nice! But I did not understand where to go next? The game is very difficult, but the controls are good

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm assuming you probably got stuck in the dead end? You are meant to get hit by a pot to fall bellow the platform where you can land on hidden platform. Maybe I should've added down arrow sign there too to make it more obvious.

Awesome game, really challenging and fun. That being said, there were a few (very minor!) things that kind of irked me. The game had a great, unified art style... except for the platforms, which I felt took away from the clean, flat art that the rest of the game had. Also, the camera movement was jittery. Still, the game was really fun, and I really liked how you managed to make a platformer using only mouse inputs!

Thank you for playing! I know what you mean with the platforms. If I had more than 48 hours I would've had made some better ones.
