Different configurable characters, wow, this is a hell of a job for a jam! the first thing I missed was the sound feedback while moving/hitting. With a little effort of adding sounds you could do any action more satisfactory for the user. Maybe I would also open the chests automatically. Otherwise, this entry should be developed further!

Developer

yeah that true, i was a day late on this so i didnt have anytime to do anymore

It's unfortunate to see the scope creep having caught up to you, but I really feel like there's a lot of potential for this game! The attack animation reminds me of ROTMG which is still one of my favourite games. Any plans to continue the dev on this after the jam?

Developer

Yeah I got to confident and scope creep put me back in my place lol, yeah I will be continuing it already started making development tools to make it easier for myself to develop. If youre interested in following the development, join my discord https://discord.gg/p6VchFDQJc would be great to have someone truly interested in the development!

The game might not be finished due to overscooping, but it's really enjoyable and fun. I'd love to see it continued with actual questline or tasks as a long term project :D

Developer

Thank you, I wanted to have at least 1 quest in the game for the jam but i was too ambitious, 100% will continue the game, I havnt stop since the jam. If you want to follow along with development join my discord https://discord.gg/p6VchFDQJc, have people interested would be great motivation to keep progressing on the game!

Despite falling victim to over scoping, you still managed to make a pretty cool game! Good stuff!

Developer

Thanks, yeah I got to confident but the game dev gods struck me down with the wrath of scope creep lol.

It's a super cool concept! This would be fun to continue working on on a larger scale, the time limit definitely doesn't lend itself to a larger scale project. I like the way the limitation is included in the character build.

Developer

Thanks, I am planning on continuing this game in the future. I was very silly trying to make an RPG in 3 days, though i think it was rather successful. (if you ignore the bugs and lack of gameplay lol)

Okay, maybe you shouldn't have made an RPG on a 3 days jam  :D

although the art was great!, also pause doesn't work.

Developer

100%, it was such a stupid idea and extremely stressful weekend for a buggy game with no actual gameplay lol.
