kind of a sad game, but i liked it :)
Thank you, that's an interesting feedback! Normally, the stories in my games are more optimistic and I was wondering how I could avoid this one being too sad. Happy that you felt the emotion and liked it!
I really like the art for this game. Simple but effective.
Thank you, I appreciate it!
Beautiful :) really well written, captures a very specific feeling perfectly.
The music is absolutely gorgeous
Thank you so much! I've decided to include this music as a bonus track on my latest album 😉
WOW. You chose a feeling and a theme and you CAPTURED it.
I REALLY appreciated the dialogue in this game, you tell a real story and it actually touched me a bit-- I have the feeling of estranged in our home is something I think people are feeling all over the world right now and you've managed to put it into a game.
The little easter eggs, rabbit, bird, etc, made me smile and gave the game character. Very well done!
Thank you very much, that's super appreciated and more importantly,I am really happy that you could relate to this!
All of my games explore this kind of short story/emotional style, with varying graphics and gameplay.
I was initially inspired by "bitsy" games which have super lo-fi graphics but would at the same time carry something emotional.
As graphics and music are important to me, I've chosen to go a less lo-fi road. 😉
Thanks again!
Nicely Done!
Thank you!
Super chill game! Loved the artsyle
Thank you! Super appreciated!
Such a peaceful game, my favorite was the seals :D
Thank you! I had so much fun drawing the seals and hiding them here and there, I'm happy that you've noticed them 😁
Really pretty aesthetics and a really lovely experience, never thought I'd get emotional over frogs!
awww thank you! I'm super happy that you could feel the emotion. It's always important for me, together with aesthetics and music.
Really short and sweet experience. Accidentally skipped a text box while swimming and I think that was fitting to the theme/feels
Thank you! Yeah I've noticed this can happen! But there's no rules and as you said, it's more about the experience that you get out of it! Glad you liked it!
So beautiful! I really like short reflexive games like these. Very nice
ooh thank you! I'm happy that you like this kind of game, I also enjoy creating these little reflections: together with the tight deadline of a jam,I find it perfect to come up with a finished short game (rather than never finishing anything!)
What a pretty game!!! I love the serenity of this and the music is fantastic. Seriously good job with this. It's a great concept done well in my book. I'm a sucker for good music and this has it in spades even with just the one song.
Thank you very much for your comment, this is so appreciated! I'm happy that people enjoy my music too, I ended up releasing a bandcamp album recently because of that 😅 I'm gonna see if I can maybe add this track as a bonus.
I respect that, I have been making music for 15 years and bandcamp is where all my stuff is!
I'd be happy to listen to your music of you want to share a link!
Sure thing! https://savestatecorrupted.bandcamp.com/
live rock and chiptune, this is so unique! 😯 My Atari ST could have become a rockband member!

i loved the story! 10/10
Thank you! I really like to develop short stories, I'm quite happy that you've enjoyed this aspect!
Brilliant, 4/5
Thank you!!
Thanks a lot for appreciating it!
I love the way you used the limitation! I didn't think to use it in conjunction with the theme as part of a story. And the graphics are so cute! Simple, yet enjoyable.
Thank you very much! Yeah, as for the constraint I was helped by the comment on the game jam page:
"...you can use this [constraint] to shape the theming of your game as well, there are plenty of other ways it can go, for example: Sales often run for a limited time only"
As all of my games are narrative and the impermanence of everything is a theme I currently like to write about, it seemed like a logical solution ^_^ ... Also the tool I use is just super basic (even if I hacked it a lot).
so adorable !
Thank you for taking the time to try it! (and enjoy it 😉)
