Really cool art and the music was epic too!!! Didn't have a controller so had trouble getting used to the keyboard controls but still had a lot of fun once i got used to the buttons -great job on this!!! :D
Thanks! At least the game is playable without a controller :)
This was a great entry except for the controls feeling a bit glitchy. Sometimes the grapple or hoisting up the grapple didn't work, though they would usually fix themselves if I did a jump and then tried again.
Thanks for the feedback!
I loved how the timer was implemented felt part of the game and it gave you enough time to do things. I played with keyboard wasd and having the grapple be e felt weird. If I could have used my other hand for the grapple or been able to swap keys that would have been nice. Great job overall!
Thanks for the feedback!
The keyboard control was added at the end of the project, and I didn't test it well. I think I should have implemented a mouse control with it. I keep that in mind for my next games!
The concept is nice and the implementation of the time limit I find pretty good. It really cuts the challenges into nice short junks. I just feel the controls of the hook and rope a bit weird. I didnt feel like I was in control of which direction it gets fired.
Hey, thanks for playing!
There is a problem with the rope, it doesn't always throw in the right direction. So I added an automatic detection at the top of the frog, so if you are too far from a wall, you still throw your tongue (this would be annoying if you are for example over lava).
Sorry about that, I hope I will find a solution.
