I'm impressed and genuinely curious about how you made the character's movement, controls and overall animations. It's pretty unique and at the same time it feels natural.

The visuals are great, and the music is incredible. I dig the mood of the game a lot. Not only that, it's quite impressive that yall could create a metroidvania game in such a short time.  The character can be a bit slow at times, but other than that, this is really solid. Great job!

the visuals for the player are based of this neat little thing, but the physical part of the player is just a bunch of ridgidbodys and i'm just applying a force to each ridgidbody to make them act like they have a spring connecting each other

and then the movement is just applying a force to the ridgidbodys depending on a few factors like is this ridgidbody on the ground? is it next to a climbable surface?

which each will apply different forces to that specific ridgidbody

sorry about formatting and lack of punctuation, on mobile

Hey thanks for answering! Very interesting stuff.

metaballs are very cool, although they're a lot cooler in 3d, search some up! i was first introduced to them through a friend who wrote a metaball shader for vrchat, some very neat stuff.

A nice game overall, the mechanics of the slime is really interesting, the only flaw is the slowness of the player who in the long run bores. For the rest it is a good game.

Hey, I love all the concepts in this game - the time loop, the mass/climbing walls mechanic, and the powerups. Making a metroidvania in three days is very impressive! One thing I would say is that the movement felt quite slow, and some things like trying to get over a hole in the floor took a long time. Perhaps faster movement, and a shorter time limit would help with this? Great work overall through!
