Good sprite work on this one! Like others have said, adding collisions to the trees would increase the difficulty and force the user to plan out their moves, but there's a good foundation here!

You managed a nice stable system regarding the animations and the calling of (queued?) action steps. It looks and sounds nice.

If I may give some suggestions: The movement speed could be way higher. Your trees don't collide with the player so theres no reason to walk along the path. Be careful when leaving the map. Either let the camera move into the next area or mark the end by collision or warning messages. Those could be the next little steps for improvement training.

But you made a nice job so far. Keep going.

Cool idea -- player walks a bit slow for me and I was able to walk off the board, but it was fun
