AAAAAAAAHH
I really loved the game, the concept, the characters, their little stories, but I honest to god couldn't figure out how to get that damn chicken out of the way and got stuck on Wednesday
I might come back later to try to get to the bottom of the story, but I need to exteriorise my temporary frustration at that wood plank
But yeah, like others have told before, amazing game. I love that you managed to develop both the storytelling and the gameplay, that is simple but enticing. Amazing work :)

Wednesday is the last day programmed so it’s possible that there isn’t a way 😅 not enough time for gameplay testingg

thank you so much for playing!

I really enjoyed your game! Truly, I think it's my favourite from the jam. Super original, for some reason you want to help all the characters. I also like the fact that it's made in React. I would love to see this as a full game. With a good story I would even pay for it. Congrats!

Enjoyment: I'm normally not much of a story guy person but the story in this game was really nice and I got invested in their problems.  The inventory management part was also interesting and was good to have along with the story part.

Concept: Pretty interesting concept.

Presentation: The art is really great and is my favorite part about this game!

Use of the Limitation: I mean yeah it uses a grid lol

this is a really cool concept -- I also became invested in these characters and wanted to make sure they got what they need and felt bad when their timer ran out lol

pretty cool concept. I love the art work, and the world building, I think the gameplay is pretty good. No matter how hard i tried I always get stuck on wednesday, its quite the puzzle and I really like that. My one bit of feedback is that it might make sense to add a trash mechanic so players can discard excess stuff and better manage the pack. I think you did a great job, and thank you for sharing the game!

I get the idea of draging instead on grabbing a dropping the items, but I think it just gets tedious with time, other than that love the concept, is a really interesting idea.

Congrats!

The art looks beautiful.

Like inventory games where you have to deal with limited space.  Your drag mechanic felt somehow unfamiliar, would like to have all items draggable all over the place. On the other hand, I can see your attempt on this - not only the space is limited, but also the way to empty grid cells needs to be taken into account - Jams are for experimenting with new ideas,  you did well with that!

Thank you for playing our game :D

Could you tell that the inventory is supposed to be the octopus?

To me it looked  more like a jelly bag.

I like it how the grid works. Nice path finding. Thought in the first place what the point of the game is. But at Tuesday I realized it. This is a nice concept and I love the character art.

Impressive entry! The game feels fun and well balanced, loved the character design too. I had some troubles because I'm playing on laptop with a small screen and a trackpad so I had to scroll up and down to access part of the UI and the it made me fail some timed trades, but I want to try again as soon as I have access to a PC

thanks so much! because it's playable in the web browser you might be able to zoom out using Cmd/Ctrl Minus to see it all :)

You're right, I tried again and that works much better for me! Btw just noticed that the game is developed in TS + React, love to see more "frontend gamedevs" :D
