Nice work! I liked the card and character designs, and the battle system is intuitive and fun. Some things could use some polish, like the art style being a bit inconsistent, and maybe some more animations. But overall a good foundation
I like exhaust concept instead of energy points. Overworld map could use some polish and for some reason I could not use heal card on my characters but I got to heal an enemy which is fun.
It's a big challenge to do a card game in a jam haha!
Well it's a good base to improve on. With some polish it could become a really great card game!
I had a bug, when I used a "don't end turn" card on all the character during the same turn, I was stuck here because the turn never end haha

a card game? ... in my game jam?... >:D yes please, truth be told I actually already played this earlier since i saw it linked for late submissions, overall concept pretty solid... though could definitely use a bit of polish, the fights felt like they drag on for too long... as card games go that makes sense (I play alot of LOR and Yu-gi-oh), but the currently implemented battle system is simple enough that it shudn't.
looking forward to this being developed further, always happy to see card games being made :3
Thanks for playing! The card balance had exactly 0 seconds of work put into it, I just guessed the numbers and hoped for the best, I'd love to develop it further, I still didnt hear back from everyone on team about that
In spite of its bugs, the game design is solid.
Although the game crashes at after killing the last enemy in the arena... now i don't know if there's more game after that :(
