Software used
Godot (Engine), Aseprite (Spritework), bfxr (SFX), Bosca Ceoil (BGM)

Use of the limitation
The game contains only one foe, whose scale is initally ambiguous but whose truly colossal size becomes clear as the game progresses (anything more specific would spoil the surprise!).

Cookies eaten
1 Graham Cracker (...plain, I'm boring)

Great experience!

As feedback, I would add some sounds, screenshake and time delay for certain actions, so the gameplay feels a bit more fun

Great text adventure. I enjoyed the different scenes and the atmosphere that was build from them.

After a while it became a small grind for me to farm up the necessary stats to beat the labyrinth. Greater diversity in rooms could maybe change  that, or rooms that lead to other rooms dependent on your choice (aka different pathways) right now, correct me if i am wrong, but right now the next room is randomly determined. I feel this would give it more depth.

All in all I enjoyed it.

I don't know if my stats mean anything but this if the first game in the Jam I couldn't stop till the end.

Reminds me of my childhood and games like Darkseed and roleplaying Cthulhu. Nice vintage style you full embraced.
