The movement was a little buggy, not sure if I was supposed to be able to climb walls or not and I didn't know if I could try to kill enemies or not (tried to do what mario does and jump on their heads before realizing that didn't work) so a little clarification on things like that would've been nice, but overall a fun experience (i found the love!!)
This is cool, it took me a while to figure it all out but getting there was very satisfying. I don't know if being able to climb walls was intentional, if so it would be worth adding animations or something for it to make that clearer as I wasn't sure if that was the intended way to get around or if I was cheesing it.
At first, I quickly ran through the level and reached Escape, but the game seemed too short to me. Then I jumped up to the Home sign, but I wasn't allowed in. So I decided to explore the level and found love. But none of the enemies wanted to accept it. Then I even came back with love to the Home sign, but I still wasn't allowed in. So I was left alone with love. 🤭
I became a jump master and got home, then I found the heart launcher and realized why they didn't let me in.
Nice game! It was a bit slow-going for me until I discovered that I can jump using that thing and that I don't need to leave the village asap but actually save it. Interesting concept!
