The feelings are so great! Good job on this, I'd like more :D

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to upload a version where I've fixed the cooldown bug with the mask, added a new mask, and made the previous parts of the masks save, after the jam voting is over.

I've never seen a game before with a "do nothing to reload" mechanic but honestly it works really well. It makes the battles feel more strategic. I feel like the final boss could have at least 1 more attack though.

Thank you for playing! Im glad you like the reload mechanic. About the final boss, it was made at the end of the jam time, so I only had to add 2 states. But I agree that more states would make it better.

Fun game! The post processing looks great and combining mask features was fun.

Thanks for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Great entry, only reloading while you're standing still makes for interesting strategy but on some of the later levels it felt like there just weren't enough opportunities to reload without getting hit, I also found the mask that reduced reload time but the difference was barely noticeable. That said, it's a really fun game and I love your approach to the upgrades/buffs.

Thanks for the review! I wanted to add a mask that allows you to recharge on the go. And it looks like I put a minimum value on recharge so the buff doesn't affect it much, thanks for the comment!

Amazing entry. I really enjoyed building masks, and trying different combinations. The reload made the game feel a bit slow at times, but that was made up for in every other aspect! I spent a good chunk of my morning on your game, so great work!!

Thanks for the feedback, there are definitely things that need tweaking. Thanks for playing!

Absolutely loved the game, the only thing I'd say was lacking would be the use of limitation. While I feel like I might understand where you were going with it, i feel that the presentation didn't quite convey that message.
However I still played the whole game, the mechanic of masks and how they change your approach. Loved it.
And Imagine my surprise that there's a boss at the end too, I was impressed.
