58 highscore =p love it! The game just need to show you your highscore and collected itens at the game over screen. But very fun and cool mechanics (press space again to go down)

Developer

A better results screen would be a nice touch! I'm also glad you enjoyed the slam mechanic, I feel like a lot of people missed that part. Thank you for playing!

Quite polished looking and fun.

I feel the hitboxes are too large, though.

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed it! Do you mean on the cakes or the player itself?

Submitted (1 edit)

I think it's the traps... I hit them even when visibly not touching them.

Developer(+1)

I'll take another look at them and adjust them. Thank you!

Great graphics and sound! When making a randomly generated endless runner, it's difficult to not accidentally create impossible sections, but you managed to avoid it. There were no situations in which the game created impossible to beat obstacles (like two cakes too close to each other in a way that a jump there would be impossible or way too difficult). Although it was a pretty nice addition having that thing chasing you (sorry, don't know how that is called in English), it didn't influence the game much. It would be pretty cool if it dashed at you sometimes, making you have to jump. Really liked the game, congratulations!

I really like the idea of the rolling pin being an obstacle, I will try and find an interesting way to implement that! Thank you so much for playing as well!

I was excited when the music picked up pace but disappointment that the games speed didn't seem to change to accompany it...

Sometimes it also feels like your fate is out of your control at times because there's a forced delay before you're allowed to jump again.

Lots of fun though thanks guys!

Developer

The scroll speed increases very slowly, there was a lot of game balancing I didn't get to test before submitting. We plan on adjusting difficulty and including a better tutorial in an update soon!

really nice visuals (animations a pretty satisfying)! Simple but enjoyable game!

Developer

Thank you for playing! Might improve the graphics if we continue working on the game.

I enjoy being a cookie in a hurry from being cracked hahaha. I love the graphics and the controls are so good to play. This game has so much potential to be finished and released.

Also, go to https://youtu.be/6HjwUHob07Y and comment where are you from and why you love games. That would be gratefull for me and I will be able to follow in all your social media pages if you comment there.

Developer

Thank you so much! I'll be sure to comment on your video when it's released! Thank you again for the exposure!

Updated the LINK to https://youtu.be/6HjwUHob07Y. Now it is working fine :)

It was fun, I loved it! It has cute graphics and nice music.

Developer

Thank you! We put a lot of effort in!

Pretty fun and very cute :) It’d be cool if there was a bit more control on how far they jumped- but I had a lot of fun getting used to it, so :)

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

That was my idea with the slam, but it might still be a good idea to add varied jumps based on your button press. Thank you for the feedback!

I really liked your game. I love the art style and the music (wish I could do such good music and art).

It would be nice if you could add more gameplay elements and maybe a port to mobile after the voting :)

Developer

Thank you! If this does gain some good traction, we might consider doing a mobile port! It would be my first mobile game so might be a bit, but if the people want it I'd be happy to deliver!

I believe I can flyyyy! Woops, sorry… This was what I though when the dough jumped :D It was a funny and simple game! Animations music and sound effects are well done!

Developer (1 edit)

Haha! The jump is a bit floaty, wanted it to feel pretty cartoony. Thank you so much for playing!

Submitted(+1)

Nice effort in music and graphic, a simple game yet so well executed. Well done!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! My brother is pretty talented at that stuff. We're both learning a lot and hoping to make something commercial one day.

Really nice music, animation and visuals, the key problem i had was being able to identify the obstacle when it was placed bellow something, a color scheme to maybe identify danger would make it more apparent what needs to be avoided as it does at times blend in a bit with the background. Other than that a really nice autoscroller with the worlds longest table & tablecloth.

Developer

Very good point, didn't cross my mind. Maybe we'll make them look more dangerous or something. Thank you for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it!

I love the art style and the cookie dough is super cute. The jumping was a bit too long and when you mistakenly double press jump on the cake you may fall very fast on the ground

Developer

I think I'm going to add a better jumping system based off how long you hold the button for, so the player has more control, Thanks for the feedback!

Very simple level design that was surprisingly fun and a tutorial (some games dont and it make the game hard to play) also did you eat 0 cookies because the dough ran away from you.

Developer

Every cookie I tried to eat was terrified, I couldn't catch a single one. Thank you for playing!

Probably spent more time on this than I  ever have any endless runner previously, really enjoyed the idea of dough fleeing the rolling pin. Only thing is I found some of the text a little hard to read/unclear and also wished some of the assets were scaled up just slightly, but otherwise it's a great little game with a super catchy name!

Developer

Glad to hear you played it for a while! The idea was a bit of an "!" moment and we just went with it. I'll see what I can do about making the graphics better!
