I liked it! I got kinda stuck after the blue gem (Also, I got like 15 papyrus because the room resets every time you exit and re-enter). I'm sure you can fix it for a postjam version!

Thanks for the feedback! We understand that people are having a bit of trouble with the runes and jumping mechanics. We're currently working on a post-jam update which should hopefully fix these issues. However you can use 'Q' and 'E' to change runes and you jump higher the longer 'W' or 'SPACE' is pressed
This game has really great graphics and narrative, however the jump sometimes feels a bit odd because is too high. i think that this game is great and has a lot of potential, I love metroidvanias so it's really great to get this metroidvania vibes from this game! definitively i've enjoyed your project

Perhaps the game that has the best narrative, nice graphics, but some little things in the programming annoyed a little bit, like the repetition of dialogues when reentering rooms, and the very high jump, but nothing that cannot be corrected in the future, good job!

The presentation and movement is Grat! I loved the pixel art :D. The only observations are that is a bit dificult from the blue Gem and the message windows can obstruct a bit in some parts and because they repeat it can get a bit frustraiting. Its only a matter of directing a bit more and maybe as pantsik said "The message windows should appear only once." or other solution.
