The mechanic and level design is really going well together. I really enjoy playing your game!

very clever and polyshed game :)

Seeing this I have to step up my game. Great looking game. :)

I very much like the idea of this, but also couldn't finish the game. :(

Developer(+1)

Hey, Sorry if the experience was bad :(

If you want, you can check the video created by my mate Ilprinny and get the puzzle solutions from there to judge all the game content if you don't want to smash your brain trying to figure out how to solve the puzzles. Anyways I should've added a button to skip a level if can't find how to solve the puzzle

Hey, thank you for the hint, I watched the video now. :)

Don't get me wrong, it hasn't been a bad experience, it was just, that I didn't know what to do in level 3 (which is, from what I could gather from the video, actually the hardest level?).

I think too many mechanics have been introduced at once there, without proper explanation to the player, maybe? Because the level was so big, that you couldn't see all of it at once, it was also hard to figure them out.

I don't know, maybe a slower pace, where you introduce every new mechanic one by one in a smaller test scenario, might help?

very nice platformer, polished graphics and programming, precise controls, everything a good platformer needs to have, the only thing that bothered me a bit was the level design, some stages are not very intuitive and I got stuck in some stages, so much so that I couldn't finish the game, but it's still a great game!

Developer

Sorry for the complexity of the puzzles, if the solution was intuitive it won't be a puzzle. At least, that's the thought i have in mind. Below you'll find a video with the puzzle solutions if you want to give it another try with perspective of the whole game. ;-;

Cool idea, polished very well and great pixel art!

I died a bunch to blind falls, though

Great game! I was too bad to continue after the third level because I got stuck twice. I'll probably beat it later though!

Submitted(+1)

Really great puzzle design. Quite challenging and well thought-out!

Submitted(+1)

super smooth and polished, and the puzzles are great! especially love the graphic and style <3 reminded me of nitrome games i used to play

Developer

ohh I've played those games too. I'm glad you compared my game with those <3

Heya I am doing video feedback, although im starting slightly late this time haha.

Developer(+1)

Many thanks for the video Prinny, and for the feedback ^^, i'll probably update the game to implement ingame controls and camera offset when presing W and S soon, i promise ^^

Submitted(+1)

no problemo. Don't feel pressure to update your jam entry if you dont want too, I know I dont touch jam games after the fact haha.

Great game, love the polished artwork and the interesting puzzles that arise form the gravity gun

This is really the kind of game I want to play! Synergic, easy controls, no time running on my mind...
I really don't care about stunning graphics or high level generation. I want to play games that makes me fell inside of them. And this one makes me that.

All my stars: *****

By far my most favorite submission to this jam. I love this concept and would love to see what more you could do with it. The minimal pixel art is gorgeous!

Developer

Many thanks for your kind words ;-; , clone.

Submitted(+1)

Gorgeous game, loved it !I would have prefered to have a thicker "ray" on the gun but everything else is perfect.

Developer

Many thanks Thibazu ^^

Very well made combination of 2d puzzle platformer. If I were you I wouldn't have thought of shooting myself with the gravity gun xD Unfortunately I got stuck (not as a bug but my brain is too small to figure out the puzzle).

Developer

WOW, many thanks! I was thinking about making a video with all the solutions. So everyone could see the whole game. Should I?

Submitted(+1)

Yeah, that's a good idea, I've seen people do this in other jams. Maybe I'm too slow, but in one other jam I had the same problem, the developer had video about his game though. Yep, good idea.
