Fun game. But there should be some sounds. I would be very happy if you would play my game.
The story of climbing a wall of doubt was interesting, but you really shouldn't be lying on your page about how you scripted the player movement and stuff, instead you should be giving credit to the guy who actually made it: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/templates/systems/2d-flexible-platformer-c... (Yan).
Although the art was super simplistic and the level design was fairly standard, I REALLY liked how SMOOTH the controls felt, plus the animations for Bill were really well done. I feel like slapping some nice graphics onto the game would make the experience level out to equal how great the actual movement mechanics are. If you ever wanted to collab on a Jam, hit me up and I'd be glad to do some art for you.
The movement felt good and overall the game was felt solid. The level could have been a little more interesting and I think most importantly, sound effects would have made the experience a lot juicier. I liked the characters little animations too a cool lil dude.
Not a bad game, it reminds me of Super Meat Boy.
I liked the fast paced parkour ! Still wondering why you chose "8" as the key to leave the game though ;)
The gameplay was decent, I think the character was a bit too close to 'uncontrollably fast' for my taste.
Could have used a few sound effects.
I don't think the music works very well. It's pretty discordant, and the drums just sound like my speakers are popping.
