Level 3 I think is pretty hard, but I managed to shoot the boxes from the first trampoline strait into the door

I liked playing with boxes and passing them through the door, but the second level is relentless! Maybe with sound effects and music it'd be even better :)

Juggling boxes is fun. Though some sfx would be nice.

Developer

Absolutely. I may try to add some sfx this weekend. Thanks for playing! :D

This game absolutely embodied the spirit of cats. I only started to understand what to do after whacking the boxes around a bit, which was fun. It felt like the box equivalent of chasing a laser pointer. The box physics were very satisfying for messing around, but the play was rather difficult when added to the factor of trying to figure out what the game was about. If you make the game longer, it might be good to make the first challenges easier so players can orient themselves. Love the aesthetics of the cat and surroundings!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Agreed, the second level is way too hard.

The physics is a little wonky imo, but it's really fun to punt around the boxes regardless. The level design is interesting, and the last level is really fun. I like the artwork, too.  I also recorded my playthrough.

Super helpful, thanks!

Thanks for playing! Yeah, the second level is a bit too hard. Also, I forgot about the Sonic 3 level!

Wow! It ended faser than I hoped, but that's what jam games are about. Would love to see longer version!

Art looks really nice and concept was a lot of fun. Great job!

Developer

Ah, you are too kind! Thanks. And yes, it is way too short. I should have spent more time on it during the jam.

Good game! At first glance, simple, but it is not at all true! The game lacks sound. You have incorrectly written controls in the description of the game. It is written that the management is W and D. Good project! Good luck in creating games!

Developer(+1)

Ah! You are right! Thanks for catching that! I will update it right away.

Thanks for playing!

Yes, the concept is simple but the physics is not so much. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Couldn't make it past the 3rd level but was a fun and unique idea getting all the boxes into the door!  Cool challenging game -nice work! :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing! Yeah, I think it is a bit too hard. Sorry about that!

The box mechanic is not too clear at first but a cool concept, I had some weird glitchy physics in the 3rd level but I really liked the minimalist artstyle.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Yes, I was pressed for time a bit. The crow’s movement needs to be worked out a bit. Also I need to get that reset button sorted out.

I am not certain as to what the goal is, as I am unable to pass through the second door, and the bird doesn't appear to have any affect on me. Pushing the boxes around though is good fun :]

Good start, and good luck :D

Developer

Hmmm… try pushing the boxes through the door. :)

Eureka! Oh my, that second level's tough! Much better though :D

Developer (1 edit)

Ha! Yeah… Thanks for giving my game another try. The second level should not be that as hard as I made it. Sorry! I hope you enjoyed the third level though. I made that easier to make up for it.
