I love the idea of controlling the cat with a laser

The puzzles were alright (if rather easy) but it would benefit from greater variety in that area: the level with two dogs crossing the corridor is functionally the same as the one with only one dog; the level with four dogs circling is the same as the one with two circling. The need to press W for each new placement of the laser is also somewhat irratating (and can be buggy if trying to perform actions in quick succession), so allowing it to be controlled entirely by left clicking would likely make the gameplay a lot smoother.

I really liked the art -looked great!  Fun and cool puzzle game mechanic too! -Great job! :D

Thanks!

The music if fun and the artwork is fitting, but best of all is the mechanic. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who used a laser pointer, and am impressed with how you implemented it as a puzzle mechanic.

Well done, and good luck! :D

Nice game!

I liked both the concept and the execution.

The last level is a bit out of place as it's a maze after a series of puzzles

I liked the graphics and music! Good concept and implementation! I think 7z is a good archiver. But could you use more popular archivers?

Developer(+1)

Sure. I will upload a zip file.

Thank you!

Very solid game overall. Love the music!

i don’t have a copy of windows so i can’t play or rate … but you used unity, any chance you could put up a webgl build? you’d get a lot more ratings that way!

also, using screenshots without the “Activate Windows” watermark would be more appealing!

Developer

I aslo don't have a "copy" of Windows. That's how it goes. Also WebGL is bugged right now and doesn't work.

WebGL is bugged right now and doesn’t work

doesn’t work on your game specifically or doesn’t work in general? it’s a known problem that the default compression settings (brotli) don’t work here on itch, but disabling compression makes it work

Developer

Doesn't work at all. I am trying to fix the issue to no avail. And no disabling compression didn't help.

I fixed it.

thanks! i’ve played it now, and i agree with miyuki ninja — especially the bit about “controlling everything with the left click would be better than needing to press W”

but all in all it’s a fun little game :3
