I made it so that a die is rolled every few seconds that determines a random effect to happen in the game

I am jealous of how well put together this is - probably the shortest and most complete game I've experienced in this jam
Very fun
Thank you so much for the kind words. And I am so glad you enjoyed it.
Quite a nice little game, once the effects kicked in the game became quite fun, otherwise you would've had to speed up the daggers or make them spawn more often. Overall, great game, and great aesthetics!
Thank you I am so glad you enjoyed the game. And actually I did have the daggers spawn more and faster but I personally found it unfair especially when the die effects kick in so I slowed down the daggers and their spawnrates.
Love the game aesthetic, gave me a Gameboy feeling every time I play it, feels like something I would have played.
You did a really good job making this all by yourself :)
Thank you and yeah the gameboy feeling as actually what I was going for. I made sure to make this all in a 1 bit style and actually made sure all the pixel art could fit into a 160x144 screen size which the gameboy was.
Any game that lets me be a bat is ok in my book. Great aesthetic and you incorporated the die rolling in an interesting way -- kinda like '?' blocks in Mario Kart. Very cool
I am so happy you enjoyed my games aesthetic. And I am glad you liked the die rolling mechanic. And yeah they are like Mario Kart blocks in a way except they don't give you advantages lol.
