Fit's with the theme and limitation well, I feel like the game speeds up a bit too quickly though. Had fun :)

A nice reskin of a match four game, working well. I like that you went as far as having music and sound effects integrated, and the graphics look cute. It might have been nice to have more made of the 'no stopping' theme, as this felt like a standard match4 (which happen to be continuous play), rather than a game with a new 'no stopping' mechanic added - but you can only be a little picky when you're writing a game in a weekend, I realise, and this all works well together. Nice job.
It felt very difficult very quickly, to me - although that might have been what you were going for!
One possible bit of feedback if you want to continue this after the jam is that the 'next' player updates before the previous player has been shown yet, so I kept finding myself looking to the next graphic, planning where they were going, only to realise a moment later when I'd clocked what piece I was dropping that it was different.
Interesting idea, liked the audio, but it was more of a replaceable theme instead of an integration of the theme.
It's kind of fun... But it's also just a match 4 game with a sports skin.
Anyway, good job on taking the feedback and improving it, I also played the previous version and this is better

Bug Fixes:
-most of all the stacking issues are now gone, I think all of them, but we will see with more extensive testing. Should be MUCH better now. You should be winning points for every stack you get.
-as the score goes up, there is a higher chance that you will spawn a second guy, but now he will always be directly next to you. he will also be the same team color.
- i also made the viewport twice as big because, why not?
If you rated this game low because of those bugs, please reconsider! It's much smoother now.

The sound was excellent, "Ready...Sports" got a laugh out of me every time!

Spawn of 2 sportsmen was so stunning and a little bit frustrating - I didn't get acquainted with mechanics at the start, and in late-game, they ruined my scheme))

i agree with you on the frustration aspect - its downright unfair when they spawn on opposite ends of the field and theyre falling really fast. i'm working to fix that and other problems today (i just found out you can reupload and fix things during the rating period!)

Not really my type of game, but I loved the presentation, with the music and sound effects, and the funny players. My highscore is shameful though so I won't share it lol

Nice game, my score is 37. When athletes start falling by pairs it was a real surprise :D
Maybe make those guys a little smaller, it will increase the height of the playable area and time to react.

Even though it isn't very playable as is, I can definitely see the potencial. With some bug fixing and adding a decent tutorial, it can be a solid game.

It is much more better now. Feels more like a finished game.
Although I'm glad to say I enjoyed the gameplay with strong Tetris vibes, I'm afraid I can't give it a good rating due to some bugs that go against the main focus of the game(stacking 4 players to make them disappear).
first off, thanks for playing and i'm really glad you enjoyed it. i definitely understand the reasoning for not giving me a good rating this time. unfortunately, i just wasn't able to fix those major bugs in time because i had to work at my job all weekend. next time!

Nice game, its kinda like Tetris. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but after a while when the speed picks up sometimes 2 players spawn instead of only 1, though you can control both at the same time.

As to your issue, spawning 2 guys was designed as a mechanic. the chance of spawning 2 guys increases with your score. the mechanic needs work though because it makes it way too difficult when they spawn on opposite sides of the field.
