This is the first PICO-8 game that I find really amusing : controls are easy, game is completely understandable and there is EXPLOSIONS
I am so impressed with the level of polish on this game, my fave of the jam so far
One of the best area fighters in PICO-8 and amazingly fine tuned and fun entry for the jam! Theme is of course on point and plus points for the cool lore we have in the background.
Enemy mages feel unique and fun to play around, and the boss is on just another level!
Visually it is clean and well made, sound effects I enjoy, the only thing I miss here is a little background music (even if just a simple base beep-boop nothing layered) would feel amazing! Fav entry so far!
