Overall I felt like I needed some kind of feedback, visual or audio, whenever I picked anything, particularly when shopping for ingredients. Also, like mentioned in other reviews, the missing elements you detailed on the game description would've benefited the experience.
I was hooked trying to find the best ingredient combination tho, cool concept!
Thank you, I can see why some feedback would of been good.
Heck yeah. I'm happy to see someone went for a potion game.
The music slaps. A lot of potion games go for a chill vibe, but really like that this makes me feel like a deranged wizard making the strongest potions.
Good work with art, I liked that there was a sprite for every potion combination I came across.
The game does run out of things to do once you figure it out, there were some unfinished features already mentioned like the potion book which would benefit the game play. But the concept works and it makes me want more!
Nice work to all of you.
Ohhh, a potion-making game! I was excited to see that.
But when playing, I feel that something is lacking. I don’t really see where the potions I tested are. When I click the book they don’t show up! Is this something I’m missing?
Also, you might want to know that the game is not sized correctly to the page, so it gets a bit difficult to see all the ingredients + my coins when I’m at the shop.
I think it would benefit from some polish, but I can’t resist the concept! Making potions and soups is always something really chill.
Their was supposed to be a book that show the recipes and which ones you have created but it wasnt finished, along with a better testing system. Sorry about the sizing issue. I plan on working on this after the jam so ill try to fix that
