I remember one of my first games I made was a marble game, and this brings me a lot of nostalgia 💕
Wow, super cool game! I love marble game! You made a really great job!
Oooh thank you :D We're really proud of the result even if there's still many ways to improve the game ^^ I'm glad to know you enjoyed playing :D
Ahh, marble games. Good memories. Good times.
Although I feel that the controls are too floaty, and there should be more sound effects and game juice/particles and why is there no way to rotate the camera? Even Ballance from 2004 could rotate the camera!
We didn't want players to be able to control the camera. So we tried to design our levels so that it was not necessary. Maybe in combination with another genre it would have been a necessity.
I see. Still... I don't understand why you wouldn't want players to move the camera. Was it a stylistic choice? Usually, more visibility means a more accessible game.
I am a frog
Love the shattering effect when you die! Controls great (except for that stupid half pipe). Really wish there were some checkpoints. Didn't see too much bullet hell, but maybe the number of bullets ramps up in future levels?
Level 4 and 5 get pretty nuts
I originally thought I spent way too much time on the shattering effect, but in the end it was totally worse the time :) In the jam version the number of bullets just go crazy in level 4 and 5. In the post-jam version we made level 4 easier since we thought the difficulty curve was too steep :) Thank you for your comment :D
