Idea is there, setting feels good, but there are some things lacking.

Enemies should do something when killed, except just disappearing - calling Singleton controller to play "enemy-dead" sound is quick and easy to add a lot to how good damaging enemies feels. Add simple disappear animation and you have all you need for that. Also I believe bullet should be destroyed after it collides with enemy. You can add piercing ammo as a unlock/power up.

You can only move left, right, up, down. Not diagonally. It's an odd choice for this kind of game.

With that said, good job on finishing the game, as this is the most difficult part. I'm sure you will have this figured out for your next game. Keep it up!

I like what is here a lot, but the game could use a lot of quality of life improvements.  Like making a sound play when you fire a projectile, removing the background color on the player sprite, fixing the draw layer of the ammo crates, and allowing for diagonal movement.  But this is still a good start!

When crossing the bridge, the background for the player is visible, which ruins my immersion. A good effort though!

I agree with diagonal movement - absence of it makes the game a little more difficult than it needs to be (storywise, too). Like the use of wall assets for the keys :) Good job!

fairly clean, movement feels all right. though collision seems to be somewhat arbitrary.

I can't go in a diagonal, and the player sprite doesn't have a transparent background

Also, there was a cowboy sprite already in the art kit, you didn't need to make one.

I like the music.

Asking the player to press escape causes them to leave fullscreen mode when playing in a browser.

Nice game! The movement could be better but the music is fantastic <3

First game I played, pretty solid! Clean use of the assets and had no issues while playing.

The movement takes time to get used to, but after that, this is a really fun game. Nice work!

Really Nice game and idea, couple of things I recommend. The player feels super sluggish and the ability to hold M1 enabled me to just sit in the bottom right corner and rapid fire at incoming enemies. I died both times because of an enemy spawning on top of me. Having got that out the way I love the music and environment, there was a lot of good looking environment to look at. My highscore was 101 =).
