Great little game, well done. Fun to play and great look, although a little difficult to control. I did work out that you could left click somewhere to get moving, then right click as you "fly past" to shoot the bad guys. Good job.
It looks cool, but you're not using the required art assets. I also which I could move with WASD instead of clicking where I want to go.
I do not understand what do you mean. I used 1-Bit Pack by kenney.
Oh yeah, my bad. You're using the shape of the assets to create 3D meshes.
The game looks really good.
Controls, as it was already mentioned before me, are kinda rough. If you go with a mouse, I suggest 'right click' for movements, and 'left click' for shooting. But "WASD" would be preferable.
The idea is great. Levels are challenging..
The isometric look + neon are great! The controls are rough, it doesn't let me to few the fun of shooting and running. With a WASD it would feel way more fun. Nice work!
First off, the game looks really good and the art-style was unique! But the controls were really hard to get used to. First, the fact that you can't click and hold the mouse to move is kinda sucky. And also moving and shooting with the same mouse is kinda strange. The game could use a cool synth soundtrack and some animations too. Overall well done!
The games really nice, but I would love to move with WASD so you can use the mouse for aiming and shooting only. Because right now it's pretty hard to aim shoot and dodge the enemies bullets and I just died a lot. Besides that tough really nice game and the look is incredibly interesting with the Neon 2D Top Down View.
Ah that was really fun! Took some time to get used to the movement with mouse, but it was really good!
That’s an interesting way to use the assets. How do you make that isometric in Godot?
Ah yes, could you upload the Linux or web version so I can playtest it?
I added a HTML version
Not the dev bit tilemaps in godot have a few layout options. Default is square, but theres also hex and isometric
