Neat game! I included it in my Movie Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to check it out! :)
At first I was like... "Whaaa? It only updates when I move?"
Then I realised... BULLET TIME! :D
Very cool mechanic, and the game is good fun too.
Love the initial menu being a console - nice touch!
Congrats and good luck! :D
Thanks for giving it a play. Good luck to you too. Just checked out "Here Comes The Bride". Love the art and music. It also just feels so right running on Pico-8
Really solid entry! Once you get a feel for the enemies you can keep going infinitely, but I enjoyed it a lot.
I love everything about this game. The menu, the gameplay, the style. It's unique, and brings the scene to life in a unique way. You did a great job. What engine did you use? It has a real addictive "one more" effect. The AI is impressive too. This is one of my favorite entries. Very well done!
So glad you liked it! Super cool to see the video! Thank you for posting it. We took a dive into Defold for this one to check it out. It worked out really well. Thanks for checking it out!
Batman now has the number 5 spot on the leaderboard :P Love the menu design. Some different weapons could add some variety and its crying out for a 2 player mode where you play as Neo and Trinity where time moves if either player moves. That would require some teamwork for sure. Great game though, good job.
The two player idea sounds kind of awesome! I can only imagine the epic
team kill trollingtactical cooperation that could generate!Oh man multiplayer! That would awesome! Mayhaps we’ll have to expand?? Thanks for checking it out!
Nicely done, I like it a lot!
Thank you for playing!
Cool mechanic and I like the menu too. Makes me want to keep playing, great job!
Glad you’re enjoying it! Thanks for checking it out!
Very nice entry to the jame. I liked a lot the title screen were you have to type the commands. The game it's addictive, but I only got 2100... Good work!
Thanks so much for checking it out! Glad you’re enjoying it!
This is great, that time mechanic really captures the feeling of bullet-time from the movie!
Thank you for checking it out!
Fun! Before the Game Jam I had been trying to complete Super Hot; so the whole 'time moves when you do' mechanic is one I am fond of :)
Sounds great, and one of the few (if only) I've seen in the Jam that features an online scoreboard? Also the CLI menu screen is awesome; though I agree with the other comment that it could do with a skip feature.
Great work and thanks for making :)
Thanks for checking it out! Been having fun trying out new things with these jams and the scoreboards where a fun excuse to tinker with playfab.com a bit.
Sorry for not documenting the "feature" but you can totally skip the menu text scrolls by pressing "enter" or "escape" while scrolling... should have written that one down...
thanks so much for checking it out!
2d Superhot with a matrix sauce.
Great game, intro could be shorter or skipable.
I got the highscore 7700 ;)
Thanks for giving it a play! Now to battle my way back to the top....

congrats! Thanks for taking the time to play!
