I could recognize the movie just by looking at your pics, and I love the art (I'm a buff for flat 3D). Although I may miss something,all I can do is clicking and the sword never hits that jumping baddie. But maybe a typical game jam matter, I've been there too ;).
Cool game! The art style is nice! I especially liked the lava animation. The game is quite polished, but maybe some sfx would be good. It's a small game for 10 days of course, but in my opinion a small but polished experience is always better.

I could never hit Konokin... He was more powerful!
As others have said, the hit detection was a bit off at times, the visuals are simple but pretty (cool lava effect!) and after I noticed the name changed every time I had a good laugh and tried to read as many as I could. Overall though, it was okay. A bit too simple perhaps :p

The art style was really good. Some sound and/or SFX would be a good addtion. Not sure what I was doing wrong but the restart animation, players and lava all look really cool.
I had some difficulty at times with slashing and as others have said the changing names was pretty great. Loved the look and idea, just wish it was a little more clear on why some of my slashes weren't hitting young Yolokin. Overall really cool, great job!
Really like the different names used, and the screen sliding animation between levels looks straight out of Star Wars. Visuals are great, especially the lava. The hit detection was a little hit and miss as there were times where I was sure I'd got Panakin but he still made it past. Definitely needs some music and swoosh sound effects. Good game though well done.
Once I noticed that the name kept changing I had to keep trying just to see all the clever variations.
