Morbid! Definitely very fitting to the theme though, and the graphics are extremely polished and well done. I do think the game got a little repetitive for how long it was. Maybe having less levels would've given you time to add some new mechanic, like a random effect that happens throughout the day or something? I had a good time with the game though, despite not managing to save everyone.
Really good looking art and general presentation. I had serious issues with getting stuck in corners, seems like making the character collision a sphere or a capsule would help the player sliding off obstacle instead of getting stuck. I barely used the sprint because of it. Also the patients seems to not have a clear pattern and are mostly asking randomly for pills leading to weird pacing issues where you would have nothing to do and then suddenly 3 patient wants pills at opposite parts of the map, making it almost impossible to save them all. Also some little nit picking, you have really good art in your game while your cover image is just some text, using that good looking art would draw more people to your page.

I loved the ghosts, and that they slow you down? Nice touch!
Sound was awesome, sprites were awesome, all the hospital, just everything was perfect! (✧ω✧)

Judging from the other comments I might got lucky and only lost one patient just at the end due to getting stuck on an edge (so kinda my fault), so I've not really experienced being haunted.

This is a neat game, even though it made me a bit sad. The art looks nice, but I wish that the alerts were a bit bigger, there were a couple of people who I didn't even see had popped up until they were dying. And as you say, it can be very hard. Maybe try limiting the range between sequential pop ups so you don't get people at opposite ends at the same time.
I really liked how the ghosts come back and haunt you, and the music with the art style fits together really well and gives the game a relaxing feel. I'm guessing the second ending is if you don't let any people die, but since it is 6 levels long, you have to kind of get lucky on the last three if you want to do that. Good concept just needs to be a little more fair.
a bit too long for me personally, but seems like a fun game, it was too hard to keep everyone alive tho, sometimes felt impossible
